Farmer Jack’s ordinary day took an unexpected turn when he discovered several mysterious eggs scattered across his cornfield. Curious and concerned, he gathered his family to inspect them. While Jack wanted to remove the strange eggs, his daughters, Mary and Gisele, convinced him to wait and protect them until they knew what was inside.
Despite Bonnie’s worries that the eggs might contain dangerous animals, the family decided to care for them. The girls built soft nests from straw and hay, watching over the eggs with patience and excitement.
